Delete your Fomy.ai account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by email, even if you have uninstalled the app. You do not need to sign in or reinstall Fomy.ai to make a request.

Email a deletion request

How to request deletion

Email privacy@fomy.ai with the subject Fomy.ai account deletion request. Use the email address associated with your Fomy.ai account when possible.
Include the email address you use to sign in and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. Never send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details.
Our team will confirm receipt and may ask for the minimum information needed to verify account ownership. If you cannot access your account email, mention that in your request so we can help verify ownership another way.

No email app configured? Copy the address and subject above into your preferred email service. We will confirm when your request has been completed.

What the request covers

Account deletion covers the Fomy.ai data linked to your account, including:

Your account, sign-in association, profile, preferences, and personalisation data.
Your scripts, drafts, uploaded images, audio and video, avatar and voice configurations, and generated content stored by Fomy.ai.
Connected social-account credentials and scheduled publishing jobs.
Associated activity and support data, except records that must be retained as described below.

Where our service providers process this data on our behalf, the request also covers deletion with those providers. Deleting your Fomy.ai account does not delete your Google or Apple account. Content already published to a separate social platform may remain there; manage those posts directly on that platform.

Processing time & retained records

We respond to requests within 30 days and complete deletion within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Account deletion is permanent, so save any content you want to keep before requesting it.

Limited transaction, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. These are kept only for the applicable required period. If an exception applies to your request, we will explain which records are retained, why, and the applicable retention period in our response. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it with the store or billing provider where you subscribed to prevent future renewals. Sending a deletion email does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Delete data while keeping your account

You can also email privacy@fomy.ai with the subject Fomy.ai data deletion request. Specify the data you want removed, such as particular drafts, uploads, or avatar media, and state that you want to keep your account. The same ownership checks, processing time, and retention exceptions apply. We will explain if removing that data affects a feature you use.
